Challenge a score
Anyone can challenge any score — a manufacturer, a distributor, an owner, a reader. We respond in writing within 14 business days.
How it works

You submit
Name the vehicle, the pillar you are challenging, and the evidence. Challenges without specific evidence against a specific pillar are closed without review — "the score is too low" is not a challenge.

We acknowledge within 2 business days
You get a reference number and the date your response is due. The clock starts when you hit submit, not when somebody opens the email.

A second editor reviews
The review is done by an editor who did not set the original score, against the written justification attached to that pillar.

We respond in writing within 14 business days
Either the pillar changes and the composite is recomputed, or it does not and we explain why against the methodology. Both outcomes are written down.

If we were wrong, it goes in the corrections log
Publicly, with the old and new figures, the recomputed composite and any rank movement. We do not quietly adjust scores.
