We never rank across tiers
A PKR 55 lakh hatchback and a PKR 1.4 crore SUV are not competing for the same buyer, and scoring them against each other would mean the expensive car wins on almost every pillar that money can buy. Each tier is ranked on its own, so a first-place Budget car is genuinely the best answer to the question a Budget buyer is asking.
