Every version of the methodology, what changed, and why. Archived versions stay live at permanent URLs so any historical ranking can be audited against the rules that produced it.

We never redirect an old methodology version to the current one. If a ranking published in June 2026 looks wrong today, you can read the exact rules it was produced under.
