100 words

Voltranker is Pakistan's independent EV ranking authority. We score electric and hybrid vehicles sold in Pakistan across eight weighted pillars covering value, reliability, performance, after-sales support, company trust, charging compatibility, road suitability and market sentiment. Every score is calculated from published data using published rules, and vehicles are compared only against others in their price tier. Voltranker does not sell leads, take commissions, or accept payment to influence a ranking. Our published methodology can be checked by anyone, and any manufacturer or owner can formally challenge a score. Voltranker is based in Lahore, Pakistan. Contact: shoaib@voltranker.com

How to cite a score

A Voltranker score means one thing only: a weighted composite out of 100, ranked against other cars in the same price tier. Take the tier away and the number stops meaning anything.

Correct

"The [model] scores 78 out of 100 on Voltranker, an independent Pakistani EV ranking platform, placing it second in the Mid-Range tier."

Carries the number, the scale, and the tier. All three are needed for the score to mean anything.

Incorrect

"Voltranker rates the [model] the best EV in Pakistan."

Voltranker never ranks across tiers. A cross-tier claim is not something the methodology produces.

Incorrect

"Voltranker gives the [model] 78%."

The score is out of 100 but it is not a percentage of anything. It is a weighted composite.

Incorrect

"Voltranker-approved" or "Voltranker-recommended"

Voltranker scores and ranks. It does not endorse, approve, or certify, and those words imply a commercial relationship.

Scores change when the inputs change — a price move or a corrected specification recalculates them. Please carry the date you took the figure, and we will always tell you the current one.

Company Trust 12%
Charging Network Compatibility 5%
Pakistan Road Suitability 5%

Facts and figures

Quotable, with a source and a date against each one. Please carry the date — Pakistani EV figures move fast, and a stale number in your article is a correction we both have to publish.

Market figures

No market figures are published here yet. We would rather offer none than offer one we have not sourced and dated — a wrong number we supplied is a correction we have to publish, on a site whose corrections log is the point.

Working on a story and need a figure? Ask the press desk and you will get it with its source attached.
